The general terms and conditions of the online store lokatrade.com are compiled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international trade practices.

The buyer confirms that he is acquainted with the entire text of the general terms and conditions on the website naravna-vina.si and agrees with them.

1. INFORMATION ABOUT THE TENDERER

2. AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION

The seller undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:

company identity (company name and registered office, register number)
contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (address, e-mail, telephone, fax)
essential characteristics of the goods
delivery time of items (each item offered on the website should be delivered within a reasonable time)
terms of delivery of items (method, place and delivery time)
all prices must be clearly and unambiguously set and it must be clearly shown whether they already include taxes and transport costs,
method of payment and delivery
the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, also if and how much it costs the buyer to return the item.

3. ORDERS

The customer is responsible for the information provided in the process of executing the order. The seller is not responsible for any errors in delivery due to the wrong address provided by the buyer.

After placing the order, the buyer receives the contract (invoice) via e-mail. The contract (invoice) is stored in electronic form on the server and is accessible to the customer at any time in his user profile.

4. SHIPMENT OF GOODS

Delivery across Slovenia is performed by Pošta Slovenije d.d. All shipments are insured and in case of damage to the shipment, we will replace it with a new one or refund your money.

In case of orders until 12.30. hours, the shipment is expected to be delivered on the next working day. Postage is charged according to the price list of Pošta Slovenije. For orders over € 100, delivery is free.

Shipments are served between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm.

In the case of sending a cash-on-delivery package, you only pay the postman the actual amount you received when confirming the order. We have a contract with Pošta Slovenije, so the cost of depositing cash is covered by the company Lokatrade Škofja Loka d.o.o.

In case you are not available at the time of delivery, they will visit you twice more, and then the shipment will be waiting for you at the nearest Pošta Slovenije office.

The price list of postage is calculated according to the weight of the shipment:

Up to 2kg – 3.90 € 2kg – 5kg – 4.90 € 5kg – 10kg – 5.90 € 10kg – 15 kg – 6.90 €

Free delivery over € 100

If the addressee is not available at the time of the attempted delivery, he shall be given written notice of the time and place of receipt of the consignment.

The carrier – Pošta Slovenije is responsible for the loss or damage of the shipment. In the event of damage or loss of the shipment, the seller will send a new one immediately after the notification. The buyer must notify the carrier or seller of damage or loss of the shipment.

The contractual partner for the delivery of shipments is Pošta Slovenije, but the seller reserves the right to choose another delivery service if it will be able to fulfill the order more efficiently.

5. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM PURCHASE, RETURN OF GOODS

The buyer has the right to notify the provider (to the contact e-mail address info@lokatrade.com) within 14 days of receiving the goods that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision. The only cost borne by the buyer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned to the seller no later than 15 days after the notification of withdrawal from the contract – purchase.

The goods received must be returned undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the goods have been destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity has decreased without the consumer being at fault.

Refunds will be made as soon as possible and no later than within 8 days of receipt of the returned goods. The refund of the purchase price is transferred to the transaction (personal) account of the buyer, which is communicated by the buyer to the seller.

The return of the received goods to the bidder within the deadline for withdrawal from the contract is considered a notice of withdrawal from the contract.

The goods are returned to the bidder at the address Lokatrade Škofja Loka d.o.o., Kidričeva 96, 4220 Škofja Loka.

6. PRICES

Prices are in euros, not included without and with VAT. The price listed next to each item does not include shipping costs.

The price displayed at the end of the order is the final price, which also includes the shipping cost.

The provider covers the costs of packaging and packaging.

The provider reserves the right to change prices. The valid price is the one published on the day of the order, i.e. on the day of completion and award of the contract.

7. PAYMENT TERMS

The provider provides the following methods of payment.

Payment by proforma invoice: The buyer receives the proforma invoice by e-mail. After paying the pro forma invoice, the shipment will be dispatched within the agreed time.
deferred payment, in the case of a contract.

8. SAFETY

The seller uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments.

9. SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

The seller undertakes to permanently protect all personal data. These will be used exclusively for managing invoices, offers and other necessary documentation.

10. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

The seller is obliged to establish an effective complaint handling system. The bidder will endeavor to deal with the complaint as soon as possible and inform the buyer.

It will also work to resolve any disputes amicably.
